![]() The only option on mobile was mobile legends(ml) which dumbs down a lot of things in my opinion, and balancing are a wack. Game feels pretty good for other hardcore/competitive players tho, more highlight and outplay potential, and skill difference are actually noticeable than just spamming the most broken champions. WR has a longer average match time too which makes me think that the game is less casual friendly than the other options. Speaking of the other moba, the game is more complex and pretty tough for beginners. The targeting system is pretty amazing, it feels so smooth to quickly change targets without needing portrait lock switching. Laning is actually a phase and not just last for the first 5 mins, and rotations are trickier compared to the other moba. Jungle feels good, tho a lot easier than league. Warding system is kinda 50/50, quick ward drops are always assured to be in the nearest bush with the setting, but is kinda hard if you want to hit that optimal placement. Game is pretty optimized even for low end device, very little stutter or fps drop which is amazing. ![]() And if you're a skin collector you're in luck, because the skins are relatively cheaper than alternative games! The character models are good, you know exactly where your character is in teamfights, and they just real nice to look at. The graphics are optimized, and when I say optimized I mean they look great even if you're playing with a low end phone. I enjoy learning (and still learning more) about the wards, the tempo, the matchups, the skills, and the like. That said, it's less pick up and play than other mobile MOBAs, but I personally didn't find that a problem. Mispositioning in a teamfight can get punished hard, but that also means it's possible to turn the game around by capitalising on out-of-position enemies. I've found that positioning is key in the game, especially for marksmen since they're so squishy and rarely have mobility skills for escape or engaging. ![]() And the base-buy mechanic helps create space for comebacks instead of rapid snowballing. The presence of distinct phases highlights different skills you'll need and not just how much you can kill the other opponent. The presence of fog of war makes venturing into blind areas dangerous and vision control adds to the strategy of the game. The tempo of the game is definitely slower than the mobile mobas out there in the market, but slower ≠ worse.
